Dreamline Builders Co. is a full-service remodeling and general contracting company serving the Denver metro area.

We don’t just send a crew to swing hammers — we manage the whole project: planning, permitting, trades, and schedule, so you have one point of contact from start to finish instead of a job site full of subs with no one in charge. The owner came up through the trades — framing, finish, tile and everything in between — and runs every project hands-on through a vetted network of specialists we know and trust.

Older homes hold surprises, and sometimes a wall comes open and we find something nobody could have seen coming — so instead of pretending that never happens, we explain it the moment it does, with the cost and the options laid out before any work moves forward. You approve every change before we proceed. That’s what transparency actually looks like.

The owner. Not a rotating project manager — the same person who quotes your job manages the trades and is your point of contact from start to finish.

Do you handle permits and inspections?

Yes. We pull the required city and county permits and coordinate every inspection, so you’re not chasing paperwork. We never recommend skipping permits.

What if you find something once the walls are open?

On older homes it happens. We stop, show you exactly what we found, lay out your options and the cost, and wait for your go-ahead. You approve every change — no surprise line items.

How do you price a job?

After a free in-home walkthrough you get a clear, itemized proposal — what’s included, what isn’t, and where the real cost drivers are, before you sign anything. No bait pricing.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes — Dreamline Builders Co. is a licensed Colorado general contractor and fully insured. We’ll provide our license number and certificate of insurance on request.

What warranty do you offer?

A 1-year workmanship warranty on labor and installation. Manufacturer warranties on materials — cabinetry, windows, fixtures — pass directly to you at completion.

How long will my project take?

A bathroom usually runs 3–5 weeks and a kitchen 6–9 weeks, with permits in hand and selections finalized early. Additions and whole-home projects run several months.
